Will this HELP you get BETTER at basketball?

You got the plan! As for the weight lifting, focus on each muscle group about once a week. I hit the gym about 3 times a week and I do back/biceps, chest/shoulder, legs/abs. The drills and shooting can be done as often as you want. You know what your doing though, just stick with the plan!
