Can anybody help me how to create a "float of north dakota state" a 3rd grd project..thanks?

How about if you use a 1/2 gallon juice container, put tinker toy wheels & axles on it, and cover it with a collage of things North Dakota has that people find are interesting? this sounds like something a 3rd grader can do.
