Is my parrot trying to talk?

The clicking/kissy noises are your parrot's way of responding to you. He is not yet trying to talk, but if you keep repeating the same words to your Senegal as he grows old he might learn to talk after a while, though Senegals are not very known for extraordinary talking abilities.
