In the Sims 3, how do you ask someone to leave their partner?

I have a sim, and he is in love with a girl sim named Rhoda. She is not an NPC, but she is maxis-made. Recently, she has fallen in love with him, but is dating a guy named Jon. How do I make Rhoda leave Jon and move in with my guy sim?
