I'm going to the mall in a few hours and I'm going to eat there but im not sure what to eat because im trying to watch what i eat so does anyone know any healthy choices? Usually i would eat from this teriyaki restaurant that has a small handful of steamed rice with grilled veggies beef, chicken, and shrimp that he grills in front of you (btw is that healthy) or should i get a sub from subway or just eat a salad? so What should i eat! thanks in advance! <33
