Am i a binge eater? will it make me fat?
People tend to binge if they're feeling deprived. Are you consuming enough food (calories) on your normal eating? Under eating is one of the most common causes for binging. And yes, it's far better for you to learn how to balance your diet instead of eating a huge amount of any food at one time, both from a health perspective and from a weight perspective. Find the right balance where you're not feeling deprived and you'll actually eat less of these items over the course of the 2-3 weeks than you currently do on that one day where you go way overboard.
