He has a girlfriend, but does that mean he could still like me?

That's a lot to read and to be honest, I only read the last 3 things. He seems like he likes you. How much though, I can't say. He might just be a genuinely nice guy. But if he has a girlfriend, I encourage neither of you to get any ideas. It will inevitably result in an enormous mess that won't be fair to anyone.
