WOW question: What is the best gear for a tauren druid?

Armor, trinkets, rings, etc... Any info would be appreciated. As of now I'm a lvl 70, sporting the thunderheart armor, Pillar of ferocity staff, my trinkets are: tant of unstable Currents & Madness of The Betrayer, my rings are: Band of the Eternal Sage & Band of the Champion. btw I'm on the Fusion WOW server, not sure if it makes any difference.
