How would you interpret this quote?

Well firstly there's, "Tell me what a man finds ually attractive and I will tell you his entire philosophy of life" So if its just a sl*t that he do doesn't give a sh*t about, you will know that his whole life won't be by having a nice family and a great life, but just sleeping with women. Show me the woman he sleeps with and I will tell you his valuation of himself" means that the women with greater value means that I think he cares about himself more to get a strong secure woman, instead of just turning to the low, careless women. So he has more value of himself if he is with a woman he truly loves, not just some random girl. The rest pretty much explains what I just explained
