Can i sue my grandparents for my share of property that they are not willing to impart me?

My grandparents live in a town in Northern India.They have sold half of their property one year ago and are now selling their house.My father paid the expenses of the house construction.But mow my father's sister and her hubby are forcing to my grandparents with them.In that case,whole of my grandparents' property will be taken by them.So,can i sue my grandparents for my share of property that i deserve?
